Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an Account Manager for our client based on the outskirts of High Wycombe. You will help to drive revenue and increase profitability on existing and targeted new accounts across multiple sectors. Permanent Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm 21 days hol plus Bank Hols Birthday off! GBP27k - GBP34k per annum plus commission (depending on experience) Duties of the Account Manager: 路 Implement growth strategy for existing accounts 路 Develop account plans and report to sales manager monthly 路 Develop industry leading presentations utilising creative team, operations team, suppliers and other stakeholders where necessary 路 Build client proposals, presentations and quotes and present to external stakeholders 路 Successfully utilise global sourcing and fulfilment services 路 Management of one account executive, effectively managing their time and resource sharing where necessary 路 Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems 路 Ensure sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to Account Executive for accurate processing 路 Regularly meet and exceed targets Experience and Skills of the Account Manager: 路 Previous sales experience in the corporate promotional merchandise sector - beneficial but not essential 路 Target driven with a background of exceeding sales targets 路 Excellent communication and presentation skills 路 Experience dealing with high profile clients 路 Knowledge of European and Far East supply chains with capability to deliver on large and complex projects 路 Highly creative and able to develop product from concept through to production 路 Experience working in a team and be a team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed 路 Exceptional organisational, priority management and attention to detail skills 路 Problem solving capabilities
