We are recruiting for an experienced area sales manager with electrical wholesale/lighting product knowledge.Our client is a market leader looking to attract top talent within the electrical wholesale field and will reward successful professionals with a structured and progressive career path.This is a proactive business development role working externally and from their Beaconsfield offices..

Your customer base will cover South east and London.

A great opportunity to growth both existing and new business opportunities.Visiting existing customers on a daily basis to maximise sales opportunitiesPrepare and progress quotations and tenders.Business planning and review meetings with managementNew trading account generation. Revisiting dormant accounts.Pro-active telephone canvassing for appointment generationTo promote the good name of the company and extensive product range and further develop relationships with new and existing customersEffective territory planning in order to maximise customer contactEnsure continual awareness of new and updated products as necessaryExploiting all opportunities to supply a wider range of productsIdeal Candidate:Friendly, articulate, energetic, likeable, customer focused with excellent work ethic. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
