Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with a background in the construction or glazing industry? Do you have a proven track record in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth? The day-to-day responsibilities include seeking out new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships, conducting sales surveys on refurbishment projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful conversion of quotes into orders. You'll also work closely with the marketing department to support growth strategies and achieve sales targets.

This role would suit an experienced Business Development Manager with knowledge of the facade, envelope, or construction industry, who is eager to contribute to the success of a thriving, family-owned business with a great reputation in the market.
