Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our client's Sales team based in High Wycombe. This role is crucial for managing and expanding relationships foodservice & hospitality clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of account management, including identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and products.
  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of national accounts, enhancing relationships through effective communication and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure successful strategy execution and timely product delivery.
  • Develop and implement business plans to expand new business, monitor performance against targets, and work closely with key distributor sales teams to foster product knowledge and generate leads.
  • Regularly report activities and progress, contribute to accurate forecasting, and provide market and competitor insights to aid strategic planning.
  • Participate in trade shows and special events as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and values at all times.
