Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented SEO Manager for a growing group in Buckinghamshire.
Over the last 3 years the firm has grown 30% YoY and have 3 brands which have broken into large markets with huge opportunities to expand.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our website’s search engine ranking and organic visibility.
- Run regular Technical SEO audits, identifying and fixing problems, improving on-page experience to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimisation to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimisation.
- Implement on-page and off-page optimisation techniques to enhance website performance and user experience.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, performance metrics, and SEO KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content and structure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving landscape of search engine optimisation.
- Own day-to-day campaign performance reporting and analysis, plus monitor and track competitor activity, backlinking strategies.
