Job description:
As our next Consumer Relations Apprentice, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Consumer Relations Team. Your responsibility is to ensure that knowledge databases are kept up-to-date and provide the necessary information to the team. Your task is to ensure that launches of new products and promotions are effectively briefed into the Careline and acted upon. You will be accountable for providing admin support to Consumer Relations as needed to maintain efficiency and effectiveness, as well as supporting consumer relations cases to progress towards a Consumer Relations Coordinator role.
Your future in this role is promising, as there is an opportunity for growth and development within our Consumer Relations Team.
The Key Requirements...

Excel / Word knowledge preferred

Strong organisation and communications skills

Good with accuracy and attention to detail

Some food manufacturing, allergen knowledge preferred but not essential

Enthusiastic, engaged attitude and eagerness to learn and develop personally and professionally
