Our client is a 4 partner Accountancy firm based in High Wycombe who is seeking an experienced and confident Tax Senior to take control of the day-to-day client portfolio work in this Tax biased position. The role is looking for someone with personal tax experience and is offering up to £55,000 per annum.
The successful Tax Accountant will be responsible for a number of clients, which vary in size and complexity, carrying out personal tax returns, IHT, reviewing financial statements and dealing with queries in a very client facing role.
The ideal Client Manager will have a good deal of experience within practice, up to date tax knowledge and ACCA, ACA and QBE qualified Accountants will be considered
Tax Senior Job Overview
- Dealing with a portfolio of clients in a very hands-on role
- Liaise with clients/HMRC by post, email and phone
- Carry out and deal with IHT, CGT & EMI for a number of clients
- Be responsible for billing clients
- Assist the tax manager and directors as required
- Manage work load and be efficient in time keeping
Tax Senior Job Requirements
- 3+ years' experience within Accountancy Practice
- Preferably ACCA / ACA
- QBE encouraged to Apply
- Excellent Communication skills
- Within commutable distance from East Grinstead
- Full driver's license and own car
Tax Senior Salary & Benefits
- £48,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Discretionary Annual Bonus
- 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
