Commercial Project Manager 40 hours per week (potentially staying away 1 night a week) GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 per annum depending on experience Permanent role Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Commercial Project Manager for a local family owned independent company. The role is to manage the project process and installers to ensure that commercial projects are completed to an excellent level of customer service. This role is based in the South and a small company van is provided. The main responsibilities of the Commercial Project Manager are: 路 Manage teams of installers and any other resources required for the effective and efficient running of the department. Manage self-employed contractual obligations and enforce and monitor KPIs for all staff within the installation system. 路 Provide accurate, regular and timely management information on customer records, completed installations and customer debtors. 路 Manage and arrange all relevant paperwork for each job including but not limited to Work programmes, Installation RAMS and Installation wages. 路 Set communicated targets with the Installers and other members of the Commercial department to ensure smooth running of projects. 路 Communicate and update all customers throughout but particularly at point of installation until completion whilst maintaining excellent customer service. 路 Ensure that all customer contractual obligations are met. 路 Enforce and monitor all Health and Safety aspects on site and within the team ensuring all relevant training is up to date for all Installation staff when required. 路 Deal with and resolve or delegate any on site issue as they arise to ensure quick resolution. 路 Monitor and arrange any relevant training to enable installer to carry out installation work. 路 Raise, monitor, action and report on Non-conformances as necessary. 路 To control customer debts and keep debtors list to an acceptable minimum. The key requirements of the Commercial Project Manager are: 路 CSCS card holder. 路 SMSTS qualified. 路 Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. 路 Strong organisational and planning skills. 路 A strong people Manager with excellent communication and influencing skills. 路 A strong customer focus for internal and external customers. 路 A positive can-do attitude. 路 Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft office. 路 Contractual and Health and safety knowledge. 路 Experience in the construction industry or similar.
