We are seeking a Sales Representative with a focus on Customer Acquisition and Velocity/Inside Sales to serve as a vital component in qualifying leads, converting pre-qualified sales leads, and generating new business. This role is pivotal in supporting the prospecting engine that drives net new business through various channels, including warm emails, warm/cold calling, social selling, networking, and strategic outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical services offered by the company, the requirements of leads, and will effectively manage the sales pipeline.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Qualify leads and convert pre-qualified sales leads to generate new business with new customers.
  • Develop and execute prospecting activities to drive net new business.
  • Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of the company by consistently achieving individual goals.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across operations and make recommendations to leadership for streamlining processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team and sales manager to increase revenue from velocity market customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or prospecting, preferably with telephone and internet-based sales experience.
  • Sales experience in the manufacturing industry or a technical background is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, growing, and developing a book of business.
  • Proven track record of successful selling.
  • Experience using customer relationship management systems (CRM), preferably HubSpot.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD software knowledge is an advantage.
