Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are seeking a talented and ambitious Trainee Sales Consultant to work in a showroom in the High Wycombe area but with the occasional day working in the Hertfordshire or Middlesex showrooms. You must be a motivated, passionate self-starter with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. A full UK driving licence is a must. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (with 30-minute lunch) Saturdays are on a rota basis with a day off in lieu that week or paid as overtime. GBP11.50ph basic salary rising to GBP25,000 per annum + a target bonus scheme with a future earning potential of GBP30,000 in the first year, increasing to GBP40,000 per annum by year three. The main responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Consultant are: 路 Meeting with customers to provide support and offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs and aspirations. 路 Building effective relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring successful business through exceptional customer service. 路 Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale. 路 Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explain the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products. 路 Displaying a genuine caring approach and helping the customer solve problems to fill the needs they have. 路 Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits. 路 Complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options. 路 Full training will be provided (4-5 weeks). The key requirements of the Trainee Sales Consultant are: 路 Have a friendly, enthusiastic personality with a desire to help people. 路 Be an enterprising, creative thinker with a keen eye for design. 路 Professional appearance and behaviour, respecting everyone you work with. 路 Superb timekeeping and diary management. 路 Polite, courteous and enthusiastic approach with the ability to develop excellent customer relations. 路 Excellent listening skills with the ability to encourage the customer to express their needs. 路 Great questioning skills to establish exactly what products can be offered to the customer. 路 First class communication skills with the ability to inspire, inform and captivate the customer. 路 A full UK driving licence is required.
