TeamSport, the UK’s No. 1 indoor karting company, with 35 tracks across the UK and a growing presence in Europe, is looking for Customer Service and Hospitality Team Members to join our growing team. Our centres feature mini-golf, virtual reality experiences, bowling, virtual darts, and fantastic food and beverage options. Even more exciting, we’re expanding with a brand-new track opening in High Wycombe!

The Role:

As a Customer Service & Hospitality Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences both on the track and in our fuel bar and kitchen. This split role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments where every day brings something new.

Key Responsibilities:

Trackside (Customer Service):

  • Welcome and register drivers, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
  • Conduct pre-race briefings and provide tips for an optimal racing experience
  • Assist drivers with their race suits and helmets
  • Marshal the track to ensure customer safety, waving flags and providing assistance as needed
  • Commentate on races and help fuel the excitement!
  • Upsell merchandise, memberships, events, and food and drink packages

Hospitality (Bar & Kitchen):

  • Serve a variety of hot and cold food and drinks to our customers
  • Manage payments and ensure accurate stock control
  • Deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Upsell events, promotions, and merchandise to enhance the customer experience

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to multi-task between roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Over 18 years old (due to alcohol serving requirements)
