This is a lovely BILINGUAL GERMAN/ENGLISH customer care role in which you will use your fluent GERMAN to support restaurant & hotel clients. The job hybrid with 3 days in the office a week and you will be supporting restaurants across the DACH region with any help that they may need to set up training etc . This is NOT a call centre role and you will get only 10-12 calls a day . The role focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need. It's a lovely role and offers 6-9 months technical training and is totally bilingual.   • Taking your time to provide customer support to clients in Europe
  • Daily use of German
  • Able to provide technical support on the phone and via email regarding retail hardware and software
  • Manage and coordinate all staff training enquiries
  • Dealing with food and other product queries
  • Provide support documentation to customers.
  • Logging and resolving any technical issues such as logging-on problems
  • Assisting with any new product enquiries
  • Helping to set up printers and laptops

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous customer care experience ( ideally in tech, but this is not essential )
  • Keen to become an IT expert
