DBS Cleaner

Our prestigous client is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our busy team as cleaners to work evenings, Monday to Friday, during the school terms. The role is a temporary position with a possibility of a permanent role with more hours going forward although this cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Our cleaners maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the school. This role requires duties such as vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of washroom areas, toilets, classrooms and offices etc. See the Job Description below for further details.

Experience with and knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment is essential. The position comes with free parking, uniform, and staff training courses. Please note you must be able to demonstrate a basic level of computer literacy to be able to complete your computer-based induction training and development. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of written and verbal English to communicate within the school environment.

One role available:

25hrs a week, 3pm - 8pm Monday to Friday.

Summary

As an Evening Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our Pupils and staff. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing various areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your strong communication skills and proficiency in English will enhance your ability to interact effectively with team members and address any service needs. Additionally, your computer literacy will aid in completing necessary documentation, training and reporting tasks efficiently. 

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.46 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
