We work in the social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit a talented and experiencedGroundworker(fencing, repairing brickwork, laying paving slabs)with additional skills.

The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel inHigh Wycombeand surroundingarea (Princes Risborough, Marlow). Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

We are looking for someone who lives central to these areas and is willing to travel and work across these post codes.

ExperiencedGround Worker Multi Trader:

The role is to -

  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
  • Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

  • Qualified Groundworker to level 2 or 3
  • Full UK driving license not EU licence
  • Own tools
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • CSCS card
  • DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)
