Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler looking for an exciting new opportunity? A dynamic and growing company in High Wycombe is expanding its production team and is seeking a talented individual to contribute their skills in electromechanical assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical components using hand tools, soldering irons, and work instructions
- Follow detailed mechanical and electrical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
- Communicate progress and quality concerns effectively with supervisors
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and 5S policies to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Participate in ongoing training to develop additional skills and gain proficiency with new equipment
- Perform quality checks and inspections to meet production standards
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Excellent time management to meet production deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and soldering for high-precision tasks
Desired Skills:
- Experience with measurement equipment (e.g., volt meters, oscilloscopes)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, or equivalent software for reporting and documentation
- Previous experience in a similar electromechanical assembly role
