About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children either generally across a classroom or working 1:1 with a particular child, depending on the needs of the school. You will be instrumental in providing creative, enriching, and inspiring opportunities for learning. Experience of working with children in a school setting

Willingness to engage with ongoing training and CPD opportunities
Interest or experience in educational research, including Rosenshine's Principles in Action, is a bonus
