As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the nursing and care team.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation, standards, and guidelines.
- Support training and practice development of nurses and care staff.
- Oversee clinical audits and implement necessary improvements.
- Develop and review personalised care plans for residents.
- Manage medication administration and respond to clinical emergencies.
