Remit

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based near the High Wycombe area. This home provides care for nursing, palliative and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.

The Candidate

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements

Qualified Nurse (RGN) Previous Nursing Home experience Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience Strong Clinical Skills Genuine passion for elderly care Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity

Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager

Stage 2 - Interview with the Home Manager & Regional Director

This role is based in the High Wycombe area and is easily commutable from Chinnor, Princes Risborough, Watford, Marlow, Cookham, Watlington, Thame, Chesham, Wendover, Henley-on-Thames, Slough, Wallingford and Maidenhead.
