Technical Support Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join a GOV organisation to support their Technical Hub to drive ticket management.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing continuous support and taking steps to improving service support.

Experience:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing PC's and Laptops
  • HP and Dell Understanding
  • Technical updates
  • Triage on Technical Hardware
  • Service Maintenance
  • Liaise and Arrange Parts for Technical Equipment
  • Manage active and potential service issues

Contract Details:

  • 150 - 160 Per Day (Inside IR35)
  • Onsite
  • 3 Months Initial Contract (With Extension Possibilities)
  • Able to Gain to SC Clearance
