We are looking for a Facilities Management Specialist to support operations across multiple sites. This role involves assisting with outsourced facilities contracts, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining critical business systems..

The Role:

So, what will you be doing as the Facilities Management Specialist?

  • Support planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications to buildings and equipment.
  • Monitor and respond to facilities-related requests and emergencies.
  • Assist with contractor management and ensure work is completed to standard.
  • Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Provide occasional support at other regional sites.

What are we looking for in our next Facilities Management Specialist?

  • Health & Safety and Facilities experience.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and best practices.
  • Basic carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance skills.
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Forklift certification is beneficial but not essential.
