An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager - Business Partner to join a fantastic, growing large business company based in High Wycombe. This role offers hybrid / remote working options, and excellent progression opportunities as you are required to lead and support a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analyses for division and provide financial insight on performance.
- Manage two direct reports
- Preparing accurate business reports including full profit & loss account with analysis and commentary, balance sheet reconciliations and detailed project profitability reporting.
- Develop a business partner relationship with middle and senior operational management, providing key metrics and analysis as a foundation for sound commercial decision making
- Prepare the divisional monthly financial reporting pack to aid commercial team KPIs as a foundation for sound commercial decision making and analysis.
- Lead the onsite preparation of budgets and reforecasting
- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts and five year plans for the business units of responsibility to aid and assist accurate planning.
- Oversee consolidation of budgets, forecasts and five year plans for the division
Requirements:
- Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experience of working with and supporting operational colleagues
- Advanced Excel
- Management accounting experience gained in the service, logistics or manufacturing industries an advantage
