Description
- Oversee and manage the Accounting & Finance department
- Ensure financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
- Lead and develop a finance systems team
- Implement new processes and controls where necessary
- Work with other team leaders to grow the business and formulates strategies
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Develop and manage financial systems/policies
Profile
A successful Finance Systems Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Experience in a similar role within the business services industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
