Job Title: Forklift Operator/Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (up to £30,000 for experienced candidates)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:15
About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Team Member to join our client’s warehouse team in High Wycombe. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store materials into warehouses.
- Pick and move materials from Warehouse to Production.
- Pick, pack, and despatch fast-moving products (Sunpipes & Controls).
- Carry out regular cycle counts.
- Participate in a full inventory stock take (annually).
- Set up controllers – full training provided.
- Assist Logistics and Production during peak times.
Criteria:
- Must hold a clear driver’s licence and be willing/able to drive a 3.5T van.
- Lives local to High Wycombe (max. 30min commute).
- Ideally holds a current forklift licence (max. 4T, counterbalance).
- Willing to work in two locations (High Wycombe & Aylesbury).
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Additional Information:
- This role can be very manual, especially when offloading 40ft containers.
- On average, the warehouse receives 4 x 40ft containers per month.
