A leading law firm is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution Department in South Buckinghamshire. This full-time role focuses on Property Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Contentious Probate, working within a dynamic and supportive team. The caseload includes contested probate, trusts of land, construction disputes, and general civil litigation.

The Dispute Resolution Lawyer's role

The successful Dispute Resolution Lawyer will be responsible for managing a diverse range of litigation matters, delivering excellent client service, and contributing to the business development of the firm. A strong ability to provide commercial and strategic advice is essential, as well as a proactive attitude towards improving ways of working.

The Dispute Resolution Lawyer

  • 3+ years PQE, with a solid foundation in litigation.
  • Technically strong with proven experience in handling a variety of commercial litigation disputes.
  • Experience in managing the day-to-day conduct of cases, including drafting statements, handling disclosure, and instructing experts.
  • Skilled in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and settlement negotiations.
  • Strong client development skills, with an interest in business development and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with peers, clients, and referrers.
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
