EV Technician - High Wycombe

Join a leading automotive brand as an EV Technician in High Wycombe. We're seeking skilled professionals to work in a dynamic environment, responsible for servicing and maintaining electric vehicles. The role offers a great work-life balance, with 42.5 hours per week and a weekend rota of just 1 in 5 Saturdays (AM only).

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Uncapped, with an OTE of 9,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and servicing, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Keep up to date with the latest EV technology and manufacturer guidelines
  • Work collaboratively within the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out

Requirements:

  • EV Technician certification or relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience working with electric vehicles, ideally within a dealership
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
