Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an experienced Goods in Operative to start immediately in one of our client's warehouse. This role will be a temp to permanent role. Must have a UK driving licence and have experience using Microsoft work programs. The role requires for you to speak fluent English and being physically able to complete general lifting. Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm (early finish Fridays!)GBP26,000 - GBP26,000 per annum The duties of the Goods in Operative are:
路 Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager with warehouse duties. 路 Take delivery of materials into warehouse and store, checking the quantity and quality.路 Using counterbalance forklift, loading and unlaoding lorries.
路 Quality control. 路 Stock taking. 路 Adhering to health and safety policies. 路 Report to Procurement Manager. The requirements of the Goods in Operative are: 路 Must have a UK driving licence. 路 Counter balance fork lift licence is preferred but not essential as training will be given. 路 Experience of Goods inwards. 路 Knowledge of health and safety. 路 Must have a good work ethic. 路 A team player. There will be in-house Health and Safety training which must be completed.
