We have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive in High Wycombe.
This is a lovely opportunity to work for a market leader within the HVAC sector
This is a temp to perm position offering £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience with excellent additional benefits including company bonus.
The role is fully office based and the hours are 9.00-17.00 Monday to Friday
Key Skills & Requirements
- Previous sales or business development experience is required.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is essential.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry and previous CRM experience is preferable.
- Confident on the phone
- Well organised as there is a lot of admin in this role.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Outbound calling to gain face-to-face appointments for the field sales team with key decision makers.
- Generate and qualify sales lead opportunities, progress prospect quotes to orders.
- Target and develop relationships and opportunities with M&E design consultant engineers, specifiers, housebuilders & developers, contactors, buyers, and resellers.
- Arrange face to face customer meetings for the field team and virtual customer meetings for yourself.
- From newly generated sales opportunities, gain customer commitments and written specifications for Airflow’s commercial & domestic ventilation products.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Airflow’s full product portfolio and use the product selection software tools to carry out selections and upsell where possible.
- Research businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and new project lead opportunities.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports, which include individual sales orders, sales invoiced, income forecast values and track performance against sales budget target.
- Achieve the company sales targets by converting project lead opportunities to orders.
- Present CPD seminars to multiple clients and actively self-generate these seminars.
