Principle Responsibilities:
- Efficient Loading: As a Night Loading Assistant, you'll accurately load vehicles according to manifests and delivery paperwork.
- Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct checks and report any damages to ensure our high standards.
- Secure Loads: Ensure items are properly strapped and protected for transit.
- Investigate Discrepancies: Double-check for missing items and ensure order completeness.
- Safety Compliance: Load vehicles safely and participate in all required training.
- Blue Foaming, customers' orders when required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent team worker with a hands on approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative
- Willingness to think outside the box and get involved even when outside the job description
