Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Order Coordinator to join their team in High Wycombe. As the Order Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, from initial contact to delivery and invoicing. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

? Contact customers to discuss project requirements, equipment updates, and delivery schedules.

? Provide exceptional customer service by liaising with customers daily via email and telephone, addressing their queries promptly.

? Input delivery dates accurately into the Sage system to facilitate equipment ordering and forecasting.

? Review and process customer sales orders from the EMS system onto Sage, ensuring accuracy and verifying order details.
