Theo is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client in High Wycombe.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers coming into the Parts department.
- Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, and taking payments.
- Handling general aftersales enquiries while working as a team with the Service department.
- Providing estimates when required.
- Achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face-to-face.
- Checking in parts deliveries.
- Assisting with parts stock checks.
- Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
- Contacting customers to offer special promotions that are available from time to time.
The ideal Parts Advisor:
- Works collaboratively with colleagues to support increased profit and sales.
- Is committed to achieving excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintains a friendly but professional manner, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
- Can demonstrate experience in a parts department.
- Has a good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated to provide the most efficient service possible.
- Possesses a good telephone manner.
- Has knowledge of Kerridge (essential).
- Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
