Theo is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client in High Wycombe.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers coming into the Parts department.
  • Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, and taking payments.
  • Handling general aftersales enquiries while working as a team with the Service department.
  • Providing estimates when required.
  • Achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Checking in parts deliveries.
  • Assisting with parts stock checks.
  • Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
  • Contacting customers to offer special promotions that are available from time to time.

The ideal Parts Advisor:

  • Works collaboratively with colleagues to support increased profit and sales.
  • Is committed to achieving excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintains a friendly but professional manner, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
  • Can demonstrate experience in a parts department.
  • Has a good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated to provide the most efficient service possible.
  • Possesses a good telephone manner.
  • Has knowledge of Kerridge (essential).
  • Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
