Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with an experienced and skilled Proposal Engineer to work with one of our leading clients! They’re looking for someone to join them in a permanent role, on a hybrid basis working 2/3 days a week in the office, located in North London.

Our client is a leading UK-based company specialising in providing water and wastewater treatment solutions. Focusing on enhancing water quality, optimising resource use, and reducing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to ensure deliverables support project proposals.

-Lead contract negotiations, ensuring technical, organizational, and risk requirements are met.

-Attend client meetings and site visits as needed for project development.

-Coordinate legal, technical, and commercial teams to define scope and clarify risks for contract execution.

-Work with the Pre-Construction Manager to acquire resources for solution development and proposal preparation.

-Ensure proposals are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:

-Degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent qualifications; or Project Management qualifications.

-UK Water Industry experience leading projects in design and/or delivery of water treatment, wastewater treatment or bioresources projects.

-Experience in the processes, equipment and services that are used within the water industry.

-Excellent written and verbal communication and team working skills.

-Experience in the development of project programmes.

-Membership of a professional institution, is desirable but not necessary!
