Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail.
- Processing customer orders and monitoring customer stock.
- Managing core customer data.
- Demand and supply planning.
- Resolving errors and correcting systems and reports.
- Reconciling depot recollection variances.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintaining and issuing a variety of internal reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Booking transport when required.
- Undertaking any duties commensurate with the level and expectations of this role.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong customer service/client-facing background. Knowledge of SAP is preferred, and intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) are essential.
