We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
We are looking to recruit a qualified Scaffold Inspector who is also an experienced Roofer who has previously worked in social housing.
The role is to work across High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough.;we are looking for someone who lives in this area.
Required Knowledge & Qualifications for Job:
Good understanding of TG20:21 compliance
Advanced Scaffold Inspection Card
Level 2 NVQ in Roofing Occupations (or equivalent qualification) or PASMA with a Skilled Worker CSCS card.
Other Requirements:
Full UK driving licence not EU licence
Experience of working in social housing
DBS certificate required
CSCS Skilled Worker card required
The role is to
Carry out roofing repairs and scaffold inspections social housing
Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Liaise with Client(s) and carry out inspections

This is a permanent full-time position which requires you to travel in and around High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough.
Hours of work are8am-5pm Monday to Fridaywithone Saturday in fourrequired. Saturdays and Sundays are paid extra to the annual salary at standard rate.
