Requirements for the caretaking role:
- General maintenance of school facilities, including opening and closing the school building.
- Conducting semi-skilled minor repairs.
- Liaising with contracted services and completing necessary paperwork.
- Cleaning duties (as required).
- Adhering to safeguarding policies and health and safety protocols.
