The Role:
As a Teaching assistant/ Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students' social, emotional, and academic development. Working closely with staff, students, and families, you will:

  • Build positive relationships to help students manage their behaviour and emotions.
  • Support classroom learning and provide one-to-one or small group mentoring.
  • Develop and implement personalised strategies to improve behaviour and engagement.
  • Act as a role model, promoting self-confidence, resilience, and respect.
  • Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.

  • Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or social care.
