Key Responsibilities:

AstheHR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy across the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and helpingtoattract, develop, and retain top talent.

  • Writing & Implementing HR Policies: Create and update HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and compliance.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs to help team excel.
  • Appraisal Writing: Lead the creation of structured appraisals and performance reviews, ensuring fair and consistent feedback processes.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee queries and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment efforts to bring in the best talent for our growing team.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • CIPD Level 5qualification is a must.
  • Experience inwriting and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Strong background intraining, performance appraisals, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Previous HR experience in a fast-paced environment
