Human Resources Officer

Human Resources Officer - High Wycombe upto £35,000per annum plus benefits.

We are working with a hugely respected employer within the town who are looking for an experienced CIPD Level 3 qualified HR Professional to join their team.

This is a 100% office based position - Hybrid or remote working is not offered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing, payroll, contracts and benefits.
• Being the first port of call for any HR related queries from the teams.
• Responsible for all on boarding and recruitment.
• Maintaining the HR systems.
• Providing senior leaders with up to date reports on data.
• Supporting line managers on grievances, disciplinaries and Dismissals.
• Supporting the Learning and Development team with initiatives.
• Managing reward and benefits scheme

Candidate requirements are:

• CIPD Level 3 qualified.
• Experience within an HR Function.
• Strong attention to detail skills.
• Good all-round knowledge of computer packages.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
