We are partnered with a managed services company who are currently supporting their end client in High Wycombe. Together, we are recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis to provide support to their end client.
This will operate on a permanent basis Monday to Friday.
General duties include:
- Performing break fix on IT equipment
- To replace desktops, laptops and monitors as like for like and enabling a quick resolution with minimum inconvenience to the end user
- Performing desktop / mobile device / network troubleshooting
To qualify:
- Extensive knowledge of active directory including group policies
- Extensive knowledge of MS applications
- Basic understanding of networking: DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, routers and switches
