You'll play a crucial role in supporting our multi-vendor business and ensuring customer satisfaction.As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will:
  • Provide first-line support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage contracts, coordinate/schedule resources , and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Maintain and update our internal management database system to ensure efficient operations.
  • Liaise with contract managers, suppliers, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • IT-Literate & Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PP)
  • Sage Line 50 (desirable)
  • Superb Telephone Etiquette
