They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, claiming an increasing share of their market. Due to this, they are now busier than ever and are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will be tasked with providing high quality technical support and training to the company's global customer base. This will involve diagnosing and resolving ongoing technical issues, providing pre-sales demonstrations, and delivering training sessions. In addition to this you will be provided with extensive training and have the opportunity to progress your career.

This role would therefore suit an individual with proven technical support experience with a background in networks, ethernet or data cabling, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to progress their career at a global business.
