Job Title: Internal HRIS System Implementation Project Manager

Start Date: Monday, 13th January 2025Location:

  • Monday: Office
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: Work from Home

Hours: 20 hours weekly (over 2.5 days)

  • Monday: 0.5 day
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: Full days

Contract Length: Estimated 6 - 8 Weeks

Contract Type: Outside IR35

DBS Check: Standard required

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Framework: Follow HiBob's delivery framework to accelerate time to business impact and improve HR process maturity.
  • Guided Workshops: Attend weekly workshops with our HR BP to outline goals and configure HiBob with live guidance.
  • Project Management: Govern the implementation of HiBob, partnering with HiBob's IM and our HR BP to plan and manage the project from start to finish. Participate in operational reviews and report results to the HR Team.
  • Configuration Resource: Dedicate efforts to the build and configuration of HiBob.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HRIS system implementation.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with HiBob is essential.
