Corporate Internal Account Co-Ordinator

The 5G Group of companies, incorporating 5G Communications, Redcare5G, Portsmouth Communications, Green Telecom, United Networks, Pure Technology and Diamond Communications, has been running since 1998 and has a turnover in excess of £20m.

Specialising in Telephone Systems, Lines and Calls, Data/Broadband Solutions (including Leased Lines) and infrastructure, the group are aiming to expand the business through organic growth, and continuing acquisition of franchise bases.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Co-ordinator role is to offer first line support to the corporate account customer base, delivering a structured and consistent approach to all requests. Handle inquiries and requests from customers that can range from a fault on the service, invoicing and service queries. Find solutions to their issues and address their needs, handle customer complaints and initiate corrective actions. Involve other team members or departments if needed, follow up the progress and keep the customer updated:

Delivering outstanding Customer Service to Franchisees and Stakeholders

Building on established relationships with key personnel

Fully understand customers business requirements

General administrative duties producing regular business reports

Answering phone calls and update CRM system

Ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly

Communicating fluidly with other departments

Ownership of customer requirements and escalate when required

Ability to implement new ideas and report concerns within the team

Updating and monitor open account cases on CRM system

Producing regular business reports

Liaise with suppliers to ensure any service upgrades are passed to the Sales team

Review supplier charges and query with suppliers if required

Complete contract paperwork

Who you are

Experienced in Customer Service/Sales environments

Exceptional in written and oral communication

Able to develop knowledge, and acquire new skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to fluid change

Having a high attention to detail
