This well established company design and manufacturer a range of specialist electromechanical products for clients around the world. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, claiming an increasing share of their market. Due to this, they are now busier than ever and are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their expert team.
In this role you will be a key player in the engineering and supply chain team focused on delivering a range of projects and products. This will involve managing products from prototype through to manufacturing, ensuring product compliance, and day-to-day management of the company's supply base. In addition to this, you will also have long term opportunities to progress into more senior roles as the company grows further.
This role would therefore suit an individual with strong electronics manufacturing experience who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role at an expanding business.
The Role:
- Managing products from prototype to manufacturing
- Ensuring product compliance
- Management and development of supply base
- Occasional international travel
- £45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing
- Experience working with subcontract manufacturers
- Expert understanding of assembly & testing methods
- Commutable to High Wycombe area
