A proven track record of advising employers is essential, as is the ability to handle a high volume of work with precision and reliability. While existing contacts are advantageous, they are not mandatory for consideration.You will need to demonstrate the following skills: 
  • Exceptional Client Service skills
  • Proven Financial Performance
  • Sound Technical Ability in Employment matters
  • Lead Management and supervision and mentoring
  • Have a flair for Business Development
