About the Role:

A growing law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their Residential Property Department. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-7 years of PQE who can independently manage a caseload and is comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload, including residential sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and lease extensions
  • Draft agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members, occasionally assisting on partner-led cases
  • Meet billing targets and adhere to quality and AML compliance standards
  • Network effectively to retain and develop client relationships and support new business initiatives
  • Use Case Management Systems effectively and maintain strong fee recording and administrative skills
  • Travel to other offices and client sites as needed

  • Demonstrates technical expertise and a client-centered approach
  • Organized and able to handle fast-paced workloads with attention to detail
