Own the Goods-In Process: Oversee the accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of materials, ensuring all regulatory documentation is in place.
Optimise Material Usage: Plan material cuts to minimise waste and maximise efficiency using our cutting-edge in-house system.
Ensure Order Fulfilment: Work closely with production and shipping teams to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time, every time, with precision and care.
Manage Inventory Systems: Maintain accurate stock records using MRP/ERP systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Lead a High-Performing Team: Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence while maintaining safety standards.

What We’re Looking ForYou’re the ideal candidate if you have:

Warehouse Leadership Experience: At least 2 years managing warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
Systems Expertise: Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and strong inventory control skills.
Operational Know-How: Experience with goods-in processes & material cutting.
Leadership Skills: A proven track record of motivating and managing a team to deliver outstanding results.
Preferred Certification: A forklift license is a bonus but not essential.
