Plant Engineer

Salary: Up to £40,000 dependant on experience + performance based bonus

What are we looking for?

Someone to become a key part of our well-established 40-year-old construction supply business, maintaining and repairing a range of specialist construction machinery as a Plant Engineer.

As a small family-owned business this is an exciting opportunity to have a big impact and be part of our continuing growth. As a plant Engineer reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play an important part in getting machinery repaired for our customers and our own hire fleet.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing and repairs to hire fleet machinery.
  • Repairing customers own machinery and equipment.
  • Assist customers when calling in to our premises for either repairs or advice.
  • Working out on site, including deliveries where required.
  • Completing all relevant paperwork including safety certification along the way.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment within your working area.
