Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to step into a key role, replacing a cherished team member retiring after two decades of dedication. If you’re passionate about supporting clients—ranging from care homes to community centers—and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you!

- Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, leaving your evenings free.
- Location: On-site with free parking available.
- Holiday: 25 days (pro-rata) plus bank holidays for relaxation and time to recharge.
- Salary: ÂŁ20,800 for 32 hours per week.
- Christmas Closure: The office shuts down for one week over Christmas.

Your Role
This position is predominantly administrative (90%) with a sprinkle of customer interaction. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Processing orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Logging and managing customer inquiries through tickets to ensure seamless communication.
- Overseeing deliveries and liaising with DPD to guarantee smooth operations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post with precision.
- Managing customer inquiries via the website and email, always ensuring they feel valued.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Communicating with manufacturers to secure the best prices and resolve any issues.
- Delivering exceptional service to our older clientele, always treating them with respect and care.
- Tackling admin tasks like maintaining Excel spreadsheets (no advanced formulas required) and handling PDFs with ease.
