Service and Breakdown engineer

Up to £43k DOE + Car

Are you looking to join a rapidly expanding business? Would you like to learn over £60k with overtime? Are you an experienced service and breakdown engineer?

Due to a new contract, my client are seeking a motivated and experienced Service and Breakdown engineers to join the team. You’ll be responsible for repairing heating and hot water systems in military homes (DV clearance required).

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Service a variety of domestic boilers and heating systems
  • Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs
  • Complete paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Liaise with the scheduling teams
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Follow health and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Gas qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
  • Oil and LPG are desirable
  • Flexible to work 1-8pm Monday – Friday evening and a Saturday morning on a rota basis (2 Saturdays a month)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Happy to undergo a DBS check

My client is offering an annual salary of up to 42,000 depending on experience although with over time you can earn in excess of £60k .
