Service Engineer – Industrial pneumatic systems

Monday to Friday, 40hour week, days
Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to a company who design & build pneumatic systems & solutions into their clients, FMCG, Automotive & pharmaceutical industries. Â
Now looking to bolster their installations & maintenance team with an experienced all round Service Technician
Duties of the successful Service Engineer will include:
- Visit company premises to carry out planned or reactive maintenance on their compressed air system Â
- Carry out installation projects for pumps, vacuum & compressed air
- Repair or replace where neededÂ
- To contribute to the health and safety of the site
- Monitor, order & control stock
- Ensure that ALL SOP’s meet health and safety requirements
- Typical hours, Monday to Friday, 40hour week (days, some flexibility)

The Successful Service Technician will enjoy;

Required experience & characteristics of the Service Technician
- Proven experience repairing & maintaining compressed air systems
- Relevant qualification a distinct advantage
- Must have a valid driving licence
- Mechanical, pneumatic or electrical engineering-based qualification a distinct advantage
- Good communication capability
- Experience of working with manufacturing environments
- Highly focused on quality, safety and managing the working environment.
- Strong command of the English Language
- Enthusiastic, polite & professional character
